SICK HEN : Yellow, greasy poo. Isolating herself from flock. Tail down

Posted in other chicken groups but my Sussex hens has been acting off. Just today she pooped that yellow/greasy/running poop. She keeps standing in the corner of the run, away from the others, she seems to want to be over there when I make her leave. I checked her crop and it felt fine. She doesn't seem egg bound. Really stumped and worried if she is sick and if it is contagious.

It looks as if she may have had an egg break inside her.
I would start her on a week long course of amoxicillin giving her 250 mg twice daily. Also give her a tablet of calcium citrate with vit D once daily and see if she improves.
I keep Fishmox or Aqua-mox on hand for emergencies. You can purchase it at many different on-line stores.
