Sick hen

My hen who hasn't been laying is sick. She has white poo on her tail feathers not around her vent. Her vent looks good. But she's not getting up she is weak. Her comb is laying over and pale. She has plenty of water that I put ACV in. I'M new to chick's I got her about 2m. Ago she supposed to be a year old. I don't know what to do.

Can you post a photo?
Has she been eating/drinking?
How long has she been like this?
When was the last time she laid an egg?
Any swelling of the abdomen?
Any symptoms besides not getting up - sneezing, wheezing, discharge from eyes/nose, coughing?
