Sick hen

My 2yr old hen stopped laying, limps on her left leg and has watery poo. What's the issue? She will eat and drink. Barely walks though.

I had a New Hampshire red chicken do this. We believe that she had egg peritonitis. She lived for 7 months, and was eventually killed by a hawk. There was nothing that we could do, and we tried many things.
