Just got home and one of my hens looks like something is wrong with her... any help would be greatly appreciated

Welcome to BYC. Her eye looks crusty with drainage that could be a sign of a conjunctivitis and respiratory disease such as mycoplasma (MG.) Is there any bad odor around her head? I would get some injectable Tylan 50 at TSC or your local feed store in the cattle aisle. Give it orally 1 ml for 5 lbs and if she weighs more than 7 lbs, then give 1.5 ml twice daily for 5 days. You will need to purchase 3 ml syringes and 20 gauge 1/2 needles.
