Sick hen

Photos really help if you are able to provide some.
How does her crop feel? Is it empty or can you feel food in it? What sort of feed do you offer your flock?
I would try her with a scrambled egg if she is starting to show a little interest in food. I would offer mainly moist food like that or her usual feed (presumably pellets or crumbles) soaked in warm water to form a mush. You can mix the scrambled egg into this to make it more attractive or a little plain yoghurt with active cultures to help her digestive system.
Does her breath smell or just her back end?
Her breath smells fine it’s just her back side. I have all my hens on Purina laying mash. I did moisten the food I left for her I have not tried scrambled eggs yet she will eat a little from hand but I have to stand her up and rub her chest.
There is no food in there and nothing feels bloated. I will have pictures in the morning when I check on her again

Nutri Drench is a great tonic for birds that are ailing like this. It is a mix of vitamins and essential amino acids that are easily digested/absorbed into the blood stream.
Agreed pictures also help to. You can use many medications to help the bird. Also coccidiosis doesn't always have blood in it. Your bird probably has Emeria:E so you might want to give it yogurt and leafy greens to help the digestive tract. Hope your chicken gets better :)

Today she is breathing harder and not wanting to stand. Still syringe feeding her electrolytes and water no interest in food. No change in abdomen. I have the picture of her stool attached. I did buy corid and poultry vetrx.

I'm so sorry for your loss :hugs

From your description and your photos, I can only take a guess that your sweet girl was suffering from a reproductive problem as previously suggested.
I know it's hard to lose one. If you want to find out the cause, a necropsy would need to be performed. Most state lab services are fairly reasonable and they will give you a report. Alternatively you can perform your own informal examination - look inside the abdomen, at the organs (liver and heart) and reproductive system.
We can help you with what you see if you want to post photos.

I completely understand if it's not something you want to do and you prefer to just lay her to rest.

I’m just going to lay her to rest. She was given to me back in June no one really knows her age. I just feel bad that she passed. She waited for me I suppose.

I'm so sorry you lost her but if it is any consolation, I very much doubt there was anything you could have done for her other than making her comfortable as you did. You gave her a good life for the time that she was with you and I'm sure she lived a longer and happier life than the vast majority of hens, so don't feel guilty.:hugs
