She is a golden comet about 7 m. old. normal vent.
she tries to stand but only raises her rear, head stays on ground.
I checked for mites, lice and found nothing.
I held her to water and food which she excepted.
She does have a strange weeze sound.
I use deep litter, have fresh water and food daily, dusting box, and outside run.
During the summer I lost 10 in the summer to something like this.

Could there be some kind of poisoning?
Maybe they are getting in to something? Mushrooms in the run?
Just grasping here........

check the crop...make sure it's emptying properly and has no lumps or grainy feeling, or sour odor...and if possible..check the inside of the mouth and throat for whitish or yellowish sores..

could be a respiratory illness..

would you say the neck itself is weak?
"limberneck" can indicate some form of Botulism from eating something toxic..old or rotted food, something dead or moldy..or some sort of chemical..etc..

or, she could just be weak..from poor nutrition..or something depleting the system.
what all do you feed?
is she thin?
has she been wormed?
whenever they are weak..they can get a secondary infection, such as respiratory ..
please describe the droppings..color and consistency.

for some reason she is still hanging in there.
I did find som whole potatos in the mulch pile.
Maybe from the neighbor?
I also stoped puting in apple cider viniger in there water about three weeks or so. I forgot this stoped it the last time.
I hope its not to late.
