Sick hen?

This morning I noticed one of my hens gasping, shaking her head, and yawning. I'm not sure if this could be gapeworm or not? I listen to her breathing and it sounded fine, shes a little on the thin side and slightly lethargic. still eating and drinking, though. she around 3-4 years old. Right now I'm currently treating the girls for red mites, but I'm not sure if that could cause this or not ?? Any tips? I'm pretty worried, so ill be keeping a close eye on her.

How is your hen doing?

Quite unlikely it would be Gapeworm if she is eating, and drinking well. More likely, some sort of respiratory disease, or has something stuck in her throat.
