One of my hens, she is a one year old black sex link, she had been sick the past couple of weeks. it was sour crop and we got that treated and then she never starting fully eating again. she won’t really eat anything at all unless you force her to eat and she won’t drink water unless you make her drink it. she just lays in the nesting box all day and sleeps. we try to get her to eat. it she doesn’t eat very much. she is really skinny. this morning she was throwing up. he crop feels like it has a little food in it but it is definitely not full. she has been pooping but she hasn’t laid an egg in a couple of weeks either and she just seems really really sick now. anything we could do to help her?

Can you post pictures of her and her poop? Is any others sick? What do you feed her? Get some save a chick or nutri drench tsc has it . Gatorade in a pinch will help. I haven't personally dealt with what your girl is going through but this is a good starting point til one of the experts can help.

She is mighty young to have a crop disorder. Do you provide granite poultry grit for your chickens to help their gizzards grind food? Most of the hens I have seen with impacted or sour crop crop have been older ones with reproductive disorders. Is there a sour or rotten odor coming from her crop? How does it feel—empty, full, puffy and soft, doughy, or hard? First thing in the morning before she has eaten or drunk anything, check it again and let us know. Since this has been going on for a bit, she could have sour crop and possibly some rotting grasses balled up inside her crop. You might want to give her a teaspoonful of chilled coconut oil, cut into tiny pieces to peck at. I would seek bet care if possible. Here is some info about crop problems:
