My hen is about 4, she hasn’t laid an egg in about 6-7 months although we have been in the cold winter of chicago. For the past 2 months she hasn’t been herself, very slow, lethargic and low energy. She will eat a bit of feed and veggies in the morning but by mid day she is fluffed up and has no interest in food. She recently had a protruding vent and vent gleet but both have been resolved. There are no worms or blood in poop. Her comb seems to be shrinking and her weight seems to be down. Please help

You can try fish antibiotics but reproduction issues rarely get better, she looks like some sort of sex link, they are prone to reproduction issues and rarely live longer than 3 years due to that reason.
Is there a link and dosage you can recommend. I want to try my best to help her

Could it be harmful trying this if she doesn’t have the infection?
Also is it possible she could get better without medicine? Maybe when the warm weather and sunlight comes around?
The antibiotics won't hurt her if it's not an infection and she will get worse without treatment, unfortunately.
