Sick Hen!!

I am a new chicken owner and my 18 week old chicken is sick. Her head is dropping down toward her feet and she is sleeping and lethargic. She isn’t moving much either. I’m not sure if there is much I can do for her at this point. I’m so stressed that my other chickens will get what she has. Here is her poop. Could someone tell me what it might be based on her poop.

I see runny poop with dark green a little blood or cecal shed, and bright yellow possibly from a reproductive infection. There are lots of white urates, the kidney waste. She might have worms, an infection or a reproductive disorder. Can you see a vet, or do you have any antibiotics? Can you try to get her drinking some electrolytes or Gatorade, and offer some scrambled egg and mushy wet chicken feed up to her beak? Has she been wormed recently? Valbazen 1/2 given orally, and repeated in 10 days or SafeGuard 1/4 ml per pound given orally for 5 consecutive days are good wormers.

I treated her with Premoxil 550, an antibiotic for 5 days in pill form about 2 weeks ago. She was doing great after that and now she is sick again. I gave her some oregano oil mixed with vegetable oil this morning. Then I just gave her an egg yolk with a little vitamin E. I was worried about worms and maybe that’s it. I haven’t noticed any worms recently but it still could be worms. Would it be ok to get a deworming medicine even if they don’t have worms?
