Sick hen

My Rhode Island Red is not herself but not sure what’s wrong. She hasn’t been laying and has a poopy but which appeared greenish. I gave her some Ivermectin and an epsom salt soak. Tried giving her favorite snack blueberries but she’s not eating. Shes walking around but slowly. Any advice?

She’s about 2 years old and normally my best layer (like every day without fail) but hasn’t been laying for a good 3 weeks except she did lay a Fairy Egg a week ago. Her crop feels soft and it’s not empty. I separated her from the others to better see how she’s eating and drinking…plus she gets bullied a lot. The ivermectin is supposedly a wonder drug for worms, parasites & more so we gave her that to see if it helps.

It sounds like maybe a reproductive issue.
