Sick hen

I believe it’s sour crop but I’m not 100% noticed my hen laying down with her eyes shut in the middle of the yard and looks like her vent is pulsing. I picked her up and foggy liquid came pouring out. Felt her crop and it feels inflated I can deflate by pressing on it and it reinflates quickly. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

When is the last time she laid an egg?

Is she pooping? What's that like?
