1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.) 1 1/2 years old, BO, about 5Lbs
2) What is the behavior, exactly. lethargic, poofed out, not much appitite, noticed comb would turn pale pink while sleeping but red when awake.
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms? since last sunday, first three days she did have mucus coming from mouth-it was dried in her breast feathers and it was stinky.
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms? we have four other hens, all are fine.
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma. no although we did look at feet and there is a black scab but not swollen or foul smelling
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation. nothing that I know of
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all. Gave her reg cumble and water when we separated her from flock, would not eat crumble and not much water. Since Friday, have been putting ACV in water and giving yogurt-which she gobbles up. She also has been eating oats (just a little her and there) She did gobble up a cricket that I threw in there without hesitation

8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc. poop is dark green, loose, with some white in it.
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far? I gave tylan 1/2 cc for three days. not much improvement other than she seems to have a bit more energy...not as lethargic. beak is dry. I did whitness some clear fluid come from her mouth after drinking water. It did seemed as though she vomited it up and it had mucus in it. I have not seen her vomit anything else up.
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet? I would like to treat myself.
11) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.
12) Describe the housing/bedding in use She is currently in a wire cage with a wood floor. its about 3 x 5.
Intially I thought she had CRD? but none of the other hens are sick. Its been a week, and she is still pooping green loose stools and not much appitite. Could it be sour crop? Crop looks to be normal, Im not sure as I have never dealt with this.
Thanks in advance for help and suggestions.
