Can chickens get food or something stuck in their throat ? She is acting like she is horse and there is a lump that moves when she swallows...

It's about half way down don't think I could se it
One person on BYC said that they saw their rooster choke on a biscuit/cracker.
There are also respiratory diseases chickens can get, as well as canker (sores down the throat). Sorry I don't know how to help.
