Sick hen

I bought three buff orpingtons yesterday at a flea market they all looked great but today one has watery bubbly eyes and is breathing hard What could this be? N what can I do to help her? N should I separate her from te rest of the flock?

I would separate her and the other two immediately, although you may be too late.
