sick hens

I have 2 hens that sound gurgly beak is open and had white slime looking stuff that came out what should we give so it does not spread to the rest have no idea what it could be please HELP!! thanks

Can you look inside their beaks for signs of lesions or canker?

What are their crops like?

Have you ever had respiratory illness in your flock(s) in the past?

How old are your hens?

Symptoms the same for both, did this come on suddenly? How long have you had these 2 and have you added any new birds within the last 3 weeks?

Check you feed to make sure there's nothing that gotten moldy.
