Sick Japanese Bantam

This morning the Jap bantam's knot on her head is perhaps a little larger and my wife and I discovered that it has swelled inside her mouth. The knot is very hard.

The Polish seems to be doing fine other than a little white puss in her right eye.

Any ideas?

You may need a stronger antibiotic. Mine cleared up within a couple weeks. It might also be from a virus and therefore won't respond to antibiotics. Not sure if you can, but if you can get Baytril from a vet it can be more effective. If not, the penicillin g from the farm store might work better. I don't know the dose on that one, but plenty folks on here know it. Sorry, not sure what else to suggest. I hope she gets better for you.
