Sick joe?

I am new to this website and also kinda new to chickens. I have a mille fluer belguian d'uccle roo who i call chicken joe who is acting funny. Instead of being outside most of the day, he's been inside by our hen nests, just standing there with his tail kindof down like he's sad. does anyone know what that means?

if his eyes are bubbly, his nose runny (i know, chickens don't have a nose!) his beak runny, his waddles swollen, or any other symptoms that could mean he is sick, than i would quarintine him... do you have another rooster? maybe he just got put in his place and is a little embaressed?

Now his comb is tuning blackish. Does anyone know what that means?
