Sick joe?

My Mille fluer belguian d'uccle is "sad" looking, his tail feathers are angled down, and his comb is tuning blackish. What does this mean?

He is not feeling well at all. Are their any other symptoms....
Listen to his chest under his wing...any wheezing sounds?
Any water eyes or gunk in eye or nostril?
Any open mouth breathing.....
Is he kept in a cage or on ground.....
Has he ever been wormed...when.....
Give supportive care in the meantime... Vitamins or gator aid in water, soft warm food like scrambled eggs, keep in a warm stress free dark area.
