I am away from home currently and will act as quickly as I can when I get back. If she dies I'll still keep responding so I know what to do in the future. I also really need to know what happened so I can detect it in the future.
Once birds stop eating and drinking on their own they are usually VERY sick.
They are good about hiding illness.
 
Impossible to say. But you are running out of time, so you need to get her to a vet, or get her inside where it's warm, get her warm, then get warm fluids into her. It's quite possible that nothing can save her. :hugs
ok I'm trying to get her some fluids. I can't afford to get her to a vet. I'm hoping for the best :(
