Sick little one

I need help. Really worried about one of my girls. I noticed that he face started swelling up a few days ago and one of her eyes is now completely shut. I started giving her vitamins and cleaned her coop. I picked her up today and noticed that she has a runny nose. I want her to get better but I need to know what I need to do and how to help. Please help me. I want my girl to get better.

That is quite a bit of swelling.
Is the swelling in the mouth as well?
Can she eat and drink?

Hopefully someone else will give input as well.

Just a guess here, but it could be Wet Fowl Pox. Have you notice any mosquitoes swarming?

Do you have a vet?

With that much swelling she more than likely needs antibiotics. Your vet can prescribe something much better than what you can usually find at the feed store.

I don't. We've never had pets till now so Ive never taken them. I tried to contact one but no luck. I was just trying to figure out what was wrong with her and see if there anything I could do meanwhile to make her feel better.

Thank you guys for your sympathy. Some people just don't understand that she wasn't just a chicken or a pet. My daughters and I loved her very much and we'll miss her very much.
