Sick little red hen, judy

I’m hoping someone can advise me. I have a red hen called judy, she is 7 years old. For the past week or so , she has been very tired and when she moves too much or eats she starts to breathe through her mouth with labored breaths. She has swollen feet particularly around the ankles. She shakes her head a lot, I never hear her sneeze. Could this be congestive heart failure or a respiratory disease? Need your help

with the swelling around her feet sounds alot like congestive heart failure, I am not sure if there is anything you can do for her besides taking her to a vet for treatment. so sorry
