Sick looking Cornish cross

We have a Cornish cross about 10 months old we keep her as a pet on a restricted feed and was happy and healthy, all of the sudden I come out today and she looks sad and depressed with her head down and she won’t eat (which is weird because she is always ready to eat) what’s wrong??

Her body has outgrown her organs and joints. She's huge. These poor birds were genetically designed to be butchered at 2 to 2.5 months old. Getting them to live longer is tricky but they will never have the lifespan of a "normal" chicken.

She only weighs 4.9lbs

She sure doesn't look it. How did you weigh her? What type of scale did you use?
Thid brown bird weighs 5 pounds.

She is very fluffed up in the photo that is why I sus spect it’s a sickness, she also keeps her eyes shut and her head is droopy

Im so sorry. @DobieLover is correct. Meat birds are made to get very large, very fast, and often times their organs start to fail or they simply can no longer walk or function. It's unfortunately just how they're bred.
