Sick Mille HELP Please

Not the best of pictures but we need help. We have been giving him tylan 50 for 4 days now and no change. Started out as a resp problem now this. Any help would be appriciated. Thought something stuck in his mouth but he is having difficulty breathing.

I would try a differnt med, that may now kill the right infection. Tractor supply sells duramycin for chickens. I think its 8$ ir $10?

I cant see the pic to well on my mobile device. Im a newbie, but he must have an infection. Read about the benefits of apple cider vinigar to give him a boost. Poor chicken is he eating or drinking?
