What's wrong with my duck? He has been like this for weeks

His been showing signs of failure to breath, he gasps for air, his caruncle is shrunken, he eats less and difficultly in swolling. His lost his voice and makes wheezing sounds. He breathes through his mouth. His out of breath when we try to catch him.

We first gave him a course of Dimoxan( Amoxycillin).
Now we are giving him Aminogrow (Amino acids)

How many days was he on the antibiotic and how much? He sounds very sick can you take him to a vet?
