I purchased about 20 chickens from an individual on craigslist. They are egg laying age. As I am putting them in my car, she tells me she noticed one of them sneezing. Thankfully I built a quarantine pen. Because a lot more than 1 of them is sneezing. I put them on corid as soon as I got them home. I think I need to get them on some antibiotics for the sneezing. Can I give antibiotics and corid at the same time? What else would you recommend? Vet RX? If sho how often? TIA

I'd recommend Tylan 200 for the injectible; works miracles. That being said, I'm not sure if it's plausible to use antibiotics and corid at the same time. I personally have never done that.

Honestly I would return the chickens and if they do not return the money, I would just not look back. You do not want to start a flock with sick birds. Respiratory diseases are in the flock for life once one chicken has something and makes all the others carriers for life. They might have infectious bronchitis which makes them carriers for up to a year, but MG, coryza, and ILT stays with them for life.
