Sick of cooking

Been baking and cooking since daybreak. Killed and dressed the chicken yesterday. Still got a couple more hours and more work to go before supper. Sure would have been a lot easier to go to the $7.99 Chinese boufay.

I made a fritata to die for last night, with biscuits and gravy. Tonight it's grilled cheese sandwiches, and canned soup for supper.
