I'd clean it out some, then flush it with Betadine, and then coat it generously with triple antibiotic ointment. You will probably need to do this for awhile.

Thank you everyone, we cleaned it and seen a hole we looked it up and it looks like a pecking sore, and I had recently added two additional chickens, I am in my way to a vet
