Sick or possible injury

I don't know if it sick or just got hurt. She is keeping her head under her body. She can't seem to hold her head up and she wont stand up either. I check on them every couple of hours and anytime the are making a lot of noise. I just went in the coop and found her laying beside the feeder. I checked her over, I didn't see anything physically wrong with her on the outside. All of the other little ones are doing fine. She was shivering a little so I brought her inside and put her in a box in a warm room. She has been acting fine and running around with the other little peepers. Last time I checked on them was 3 hours before I went out and found her like this.
