sick or stressed hen

I received a hen about 2 weeks ago and she looked good at the time now her comb is flopping to the side and not as red as it was. She looks like she might be starting to moult - still eating and drinking and acting normal -I have seen some more yellow poo in the area of them. Legs look good and I haven't seen any bugs on her. could she be stressed about change? I have terramycin but don't want to give her antibiotics if not needed. Any input would be great She is about 3-4 years old

She very well could be stressed, if she is showing no signs of being sick I WOULDNT give her any anti's. Just time to adjust !!

Anti's only work if you know whats wrong and know what your treating. If used and she is not sick they wont help !! Plus with alot of anti's after you give them you have to wait to eat the eggs.

Maybe try to give her some extra calcium.... cooked eggs stuff like that.
