I have a lavender orpington. We were told she is about 1-1/2 years old. When we got her she was full of lice and mites with a respiratory issue. We have since gotten rid of the lice, mites, and respiratory issue. Now she has very watery poop. She is eating better then before. Very alert now. Any ideas? I can post pics if needed.

We have 16 all together. We just purchased her 2 Saturdays ago. We kept her separated since we got her. We did a rookie mistake and didn't check her before we bought her. We feed her grower/finisher from TSC, mealworms, bread. With water. At 7am we bring her outside in a little pen by the house and only put her in the garage at night. I have newspaper in the small coop and change everyday. I have pics of the poop but are kinda gross so I didn't post them. I can if you would like. We were putting VetRx in the water for the respiratory thing but stopped yesterday.

Coop is very small. I built it for 2 Golden Sebrights but didn't have the chance to put it outside because we keep this chicken in it at night.

Here is the coop she stays in only at night.

Yes, currently the only symptom is that. I read last night online that it could be her just drinking too much water. I did see when we first got her that she was not digesting the scratch. Since she does not eat that anymore but her poo looks "healthy" now then what it did when we got her. Here is a pic. It doesn't stink nearly as bad as it did before. This is day before yesterday.
