sick parakeet?

i have a baby parakeet and he has a respiratory disease. i have posted here about his problem before, but his behavior is different. he has been sitting on the bottom of the cage sometimes, biting the wiring on the bottom, walks around then goes back on his perch for a while. my other parakeet doesn’t do that while he has done it a few times. does it mean he is dying// very sick??

We have had birds for years and that could be a sign of illness for sure. Is she eating and drinking? As long as she is perching, that is a good sign. Why do you think she has a respiratory disease?

he has yellow discharge coming out of his nostrils, it is dry once is comes out. he breathes loudly making a bit of a puffing sound and his tail bobs up and down while he breathes. but yes, he is eating a lot and he is also drinking.

Vet NOW. I had a parakeet who passed because of something similar. My little one passed because we were too late in getting the antibiotics. It definitely sounds like a respiratory issue.
