Sick Peachick

My very first ever peachick is sick and I am not sure what to give him.
He is about 2 weeks old has been on medicated turkey starter since he got out of the egg. He is an orphan but when put with other chicks will peck them until they bleed so he is still on his own. He is still in the brooder box. He is now sitting there all fluffed up with his eyes closed and not looking very good.
All I have on hand are tetracycline 250 and metronizadol and I am not sure the feed store is open today or not. Also being in Canada, it limits what they are legally able to sell.
Help, I really don't want to lose my first one.
