Here is a better picture of his droppings. The other picture was from when I was holding him and the poop dropped 5ft before hitting a metal doorway. So this is his fresh droppings from his temporary pen. He is more lively now. And the more I keep an eye on him can he get an infection/bacteria in his eye from scratching at it? Kinda like a bird form of pink eye. Feacis in the eye? From walking in droppings then scratching his eye.

The color is not right, I would be more concerned if it were my bird. Sure it could have scratched its eye, gotten a respiratory infection, allergies, or visited by aliens, but that would not cause its poo to be brownish red. OK, maybe aliens could do that but I would still look at a fecal exam before it gets any sicker.

If you cannot find a vet to run a fecal, I know personally that can be hard, you need to ASSUME you have worms or Cocci and treat for both right away. Is he still eating and drinking? If so treating will be easier, if not you will need to administer meds orally and use a tube or crop needle to give fluids/electrolytes(save-a-chick packet from TSC) as well as getting some food in him. Kaytee baby bird formula is best, but Gerber baby food first stages works too. Black head is also a possibility, I just don't run across that one as often as Cocci and worms. Once you teat with Corid(amprolium) and safeguard, you should see an improvement in the poo, reddish poo, as KKB said, is never a sign of anything good. Once the poo is addressed some Tylan for the upper respiratory infection would be in order. Cocci and worms will weaken their immune systems and thay become susceptible to all kinds of secondary infections, but right now I don't think poo in the eye is the problem.

I'm headed home with Tylan 50, electrolytes and Terramycin. TSC was out of Corrid, so I'm going to try to locate some tomorrow.

I will keep my fingers crossed for you and him. Just remember the tylan and terramycin will help with a respiratory, but they do not help with Cocci and worms, so if those are your root problems you may not see a difference until you treat for those little buggers.

Also, does anyone have any clues as to why he has a white feather on his head? He's supposed to be an India Blue.

I just enlarged the picture and to my eye he really still looks under the weather. What kind of treatment did you give him?

He's doing much better than he was. At one point, both of his sinuses were swollen. He's been getting Tylan, terramycin, and Corrid.
