My 6 month old male has been sneezing and breathing through his mouth.Also you can hear a rattle when he breaths.We have started him on liqamyacin injections....05ml this eve.My question is .....is this ok to give him and how often should we give it and how long??...any help would be appreciated....also we are injecting into breast mucsle

You really need to weigh him. And no, 0.05 ml is not enough for a five-pound bird. Where did you get that information?

The proper dose is 0.06 ml to 0.09 ml per pound of bodyweight. What size syringe do you have? 1 ml or 3 ml?
