Sick? pekin duck, help!

So my female pekin duck has had this sneeze/cough for a couple of weeks. I don't think it's from her food or something got caught in her nose or if she is sick. It's like a little squeak/cough sometimes then sometimes it's like almost a grunt/bark sound. I just can't tell if she has a cold because our drake isn't coughing or sneezing. I just hope she doesn't have the flu. Anyone know if she's sick????? help please!

Does the ducks beak seem to be more pale then the others?

Not really, she has the green spots on her beak but I try to give her oyster shells which usually helps
