Sick Pekin, possible fever?

My jumbo Pekin hen seems to be sick. She had a bad case of bumble foot, but I've been treating it with the vet, and it is almost all the way cleared up.
This morning when I went to put everyone out, I noticed she was shaking in her straw nest, but chalked it up to her being cold, it was 30 degrees outside. I fed everyone their breakfast and fed everyone else and made breakfast. I went back out to check on her a few hours later when it was 50 degrees outside; the duck house warms up quickly even in cold weather and traps heat in, so it was closer to 60 degrees inside. She was still shaking and panting so I brought her in and put her in a cool bath. The panted stopped but the shaking has not. She is drinking but not eating, any idea what this sounds like and what I should do? Thanks!

Do her bill and feet feel especially hot? I believe that is a sign of fever. You can also take her temp, which is lots of fun (not). Regardless, I'd call her vet as soon as you can.

Thank you everyone for your help. My vet has been unreachable, but I'm not surprised as both he and his wife have been going through medical stuff. Her bill and legs/feet are not warm. What can I do for her until I can get her to the vet tomorrow? I appreciate all of your help!
