Sick Poulet

Please help my diagnose what my chicken has!

1) It is a bark, and still a poulet
2) She does not stand up or move. When it is sitting down, it falls over onto its left sid
3) She has been sick for 3 days
4) No. I have four other birds and they are fine.
5) There is no bleeding or physical feature wrong with her. She does poof up though.
6) She has been eating and drinking regularly
7) The poop is a little runny
8) No treatment register so far
9) We are taking her to the vet today

I'll guess she needs a good worming, or she could have had a stroke. So hard to tell with those symptoms....Good luck at the vet,
