sick pullet - diarrhoea and laboured breathing - help please?

Hi, I brought home 3 x 8 week old light sussex pullets 5 days ago. The lady who sold them to me had noticed that one was a bit smaller and when being hand fed she pecked on her hand and was missing the food more often than not. She apeared to be fine to both od us but she gave her to me just in case. She was doing well up until this morning where I founde her hunched over and she had just done a very watery ywllow and white diarrhoea. I brought her inside and placed her in a box with a couple of toweld and a bit of pullet grower and water. Now, 2 hours later she has started to breathe rapidly.

I'm really worried and scared. We are an hour from a vet and neither of us has a job at the moment.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be please?

How hot is it in the box? Panting can be too hot, stressed (being without her buddies), or in pain.
