Sick Pullet...doesn't move....sick.

I found a sick pullet this evening and i have no idea what she has...she won't eat, drink unless forced to, doesn't move, breathing heavily, beak slightly open, lays on her chest with her legs back...any ideas as to what she might have? is there anything i can do at home to help her if i can't get some kind of medicine for her right now???

Does she have any injuries?

Can you feel an egg inside of her if you run your hand down from her chest to her vent?

Is her crop full or empty? If she makes it through the night, check her crop again- it should be empty.

Try to keep her hydrated by giving her drops of water on her beak. If you have Pedialyte you can mix a 50/50 solution and give her drops of that on her beak. Do you have her isolated from the other chickens?

she's been isolated for a couple hrs now.
i gave her veggie oil thinkin she may be egg bound but she does not feel hard. i ran my hands down her and checkd...nothing. i guess she had what might have been some blood in her poop and a whole bunch of other lookin colors.

Do you have an idea as to what it could be?
is there anything i can give her?

They will eat but will stop drinking first then they stop eating. Blood in the poop is usually a sign of coccidiosis but the way she is acting along with the trachial sounds doesn't sound very promising for her. ILT is everywhere. Are any of your birds hatchery birds?

describe the droppings in detail..color and consistency..

what all do you feed?

has she been wormed?

follow suggestions of Renee. (water and Pedialyte)

how did you give her the oil?
what is her condition now?
is she up?
is she eating or drinking?

if you suspect she is eggbound..you can set her on a warmed towel in a dim quiet place undisturbed..
if she is able to eat..crush a Tums into her food..

was she near a nest box?
could she have fallen from the roost?

I doubt it is ILT.

wow! so many suggestions! thank you everyone!
UPDATE: I checked her this morning & she really seems to be improving!!! I'm very happy to say that! I had her standing up and gave her more water through the syringe....she was making some normal chicken sounds and seemed more alert!!!!!

I gave her the oil with a syringe and she seemed okay and would take it.

her poop this morning looked like it had a yolk in it...i'm almost positive thats what it was.
It was brown-greenish, had that yolk lookin thing, and kinda runny like but still somewhat thick.

Her rear feathers are still down & she still holds her beak open every once in a while. But other then that i think she is improving.

I actually hear her calling as i'm writing!!!!! yay!

we are getting her meds for coccidiosis.
what is larygotracheitis? what does tylan do for her? how can i get some?

because she is sick & i wasn't completely sure how long she was sick and around the others, shoulc i give the rest of my flock the meds i administer to her? would it hurt them & be a bad idea?

Tylan is an antibiotic for treating respiratory illness, and some other infections..
found at farm/feed stores in the LIVESTOCK section..
it comes in injectable (Tylan 50 or Tylan 200)
also comes in powdered form to put in drinking water, if you can find it.

I wouldn't "pre-empt" giving others antibiotics unless they show symptoms..

has she been wormed?
feel the belly/vent area for heat or swelling, and check the vent for drainage..

open beak breathing could be from stress, respiratory illness, or discomfort..(sometimes from egg problems)..
