Sick pullet, tiny vent - constipation?

Hi everyone, I would love some advice on this if anyone had experienced something similar. I am battling coccidiosis at the moment that seems to be resistant to amprolium. One of my silkie pullets (6m old) looked off so I brought her into the house for a check over. Her crop is doughy, I did a smear and found the most oocysts I had ever seen and her abdomen is hard, she is also breathing with her beak open and seems very warm. She is on baycox for the coccidiosis, Sporanox for the crop (her burps stink), doxycycline for the possible respiratory infection (it’s going through my flock), getting hourly crop massages and has been checked for a stuck egg. While I was able to find no egg I noticed that her vent is absolutely tiny - like cockerel size, I have dainty hands and could only fit my pinkie finger. Her comb and wattles are both small and her tail feathering suggests pullet. Her sisters are all coming into lay and she hasn’t squatted yet - there has also been no crowing/mounting and she is the same size as her sisters. I noticed while feeling her lower abdomen that the normal soft tissue is very hard - is this typical of coccidiosis? Could this be constipation and the reason her crop won’t empty? Her poops are dark green (digestive enzymes with a little faecal material under microscope), very thin and full of mucous with a lot of watery urates.
It isn’t looking good for this little one and I am doing everything I can but advice on what that hard mass would be and how to possibly remove it / move it along would be amazing. My flock is not vaccinated against Mereks but have had no history of it before (3 years). All my girls are hatched from eggs but everyone in the area got chickens during covid so I can’t rule out exposure from a neighbour and a strong wind.

Doesn’t sound like Mareks. She could be dealing with a severe case of Coccidiosis. There are other types of medications that exist for it too, not just Corid.
