Sick pullet

I have a 18 week old polish hen
Fine yesterday
Today found in the coop on the floor
Wont eat or drink
Just sits
No injuries
Was vaccinated against Mareks as a chick
Runny poop. Greenish, brown
Eyes n nose clear, no respiratory symptoms
I have her isolated, on a warm pad, giving her water with apple cider vinager thru syringe 1 ml every hr. I have food and water available to her n soaked bread in water...no intrest.
Not sure if she can walk, she just sits but can move her legs
Pls advise asap....TIA

What is her body language like? Can she stand on her own?
Could she have gotten into anything toxic or rotten?

Had she gotten red in the comb yet? 18 weeks could possibly be getting close to point of lay, so she could possibly be having a hard time with her first egg.

It’s really hard to tell at this point. Though not nutritious, cooked rice can sometimes help with diarrhea. Can you offer that?

Has there been any changes in the flock , new members or anything?
How many in the flock and how much room do they have?
Do you have more than one watering and feed station?
Where does she normally stand in the pecking order?
Anything toxic she could have gotten into?
Mold or expired food?

She is in a very large run. 5 babies her age and 6 big girls 2 yrs old. They dont free range so only eat what I give them. I gave them some left over Greek rice from the night before but all are fine n only shes is sick.
She cant stand on her own just sits. Will not eat or drink any thing offered. Here r pics of her. She is getting her butt poopy but I dont want to stress her more with a bath
The last pic is a watery still from another bird I heard n saw this am, not seeming sick yet

I took her decal sample to the vet today n the flocks. Nothing in the flocks feces all clear
Lycy's was all clear except a few cocci....they said very low, very low spectrum of normal range. range
3 watering stations with always fresh water. 2 feeding station with no feed changes. Very large run . 6 adult birds n 5 lucy's age. They seems to be a sub flock of the big girls, stay in their own groups. All getting along. Together in the day and sleep in seporate copps all enclosed in the same run. They do not free range. I keep it all extremely clean. Sand in the run n coops cleaned a couple times weekly .
No toxins as I feed them myself and give nothing rotten or even processed. Her crop is empty.
This is so frustrating.
Of course the vet wants to see her but last time I took a chicken in it cost me 200$ for tests...was impacted crock . Got pain meds, antibiotics n advise. That hen was good the next day.

I would give her a bit of coconut oil and garlic I don't care how sick mine are they will eat that. could be she dehydrated but if she's plugged up that would help her pass it before starting treatment with medications sometimes takes 2 doses of that, a worm overload can be treated with valbazen or safeguard got dewormer but I only know th4e dosage for the Valbazen

then most likely she's either getting ready to start laying and uncomfortable trying to figure out whats going on or plugged up
