Found her standing and walking slowly with one eye open at a time. Swooped her up and brought her in the house. She’s 3lbs. Gave her 1ml of rooster booster. 3mls of water. She got down 2 teaspoons of scrambled egg. I understand how not to aspirate her when giving fluids. She’s swallowing but not interested in taking food or water on her own.
Her eyes remain shut unless she is moved. Then she opens them but can’t seem to keep them open.
Any ideas?

What's her poop like?

Doe you notice any bubbles in her eyes or respiratory symptoms?

Does she seem to be able to keep her head held up or is it leaning a lot like a neurological symptom (wry neck)?

Work on hydration like you are doing and get the vitamins into her. If possible, take a sample of her poop to your vet for a fecal float to see is she needs deworming or treated for Coccidiosis.

Possible she may be suffering from disease like Marek's. If you lose her, getting a necropsy through your state lab will give you the most information about why she declined. https://www.metzerfarms.com/poultry-labs.html

Looks like lice. You can treat those with a Permethrin based poultry dust. Dust her well.

It's a good idea to check the other chicks and also to treat their housing. You can find Permethrin at stores like TSC.
I have the dust. Bought a year ago along with Permethrin thinking “better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it”.
I’ll get on it in the morning.
What do I do to treat the coop and run?
Remove all the pine shavings, and spray the Permethrin everywhere?
Meantime, how to care for the pullet?

I would get Permethrin spray to treat the coop, it's easier to use in larger areas.

Hopefully it's just the lice that are making her not feel well, I'd continue with encouraging her to eat and drink, get the vitamins into her.
