He was really sweet, I'll really miss him. I took him inside as soon as I noticed the injury and his brothers seemed worried about where he was. I didnt show him to them after he passed because I didnt want to scare them, but I also feel terrible that they are probably just waiting for their buddy to come back and he never will made a clay print of his feet and buried him beneath my peach tree so he can become "new life" in a way through the tree. This is the third bird i have lost this year and it is heartbreaking.

I wonder about a boink? You might want to make their home safer from boinks. Is it near any motors that might suddenly start up? including cars. Add plants, grasses, hideouts to make them less likely to startle...
