I swear having these two is like watching over a bunch of drunk toddlers. -_-
Everyday is a challenge with these two, whenever we go somewhere its always " i wanna look out the car window!" 2 secconds later "hey, give us some worms!" "Are we there yet!?" "Give me that leaf over there!" "You think I would actually walk over there myself?. Hah, no. Your carrying me up there!" etc

I think i spoil them too much. . .

Hence my username : the hitchhiking quail because when ever i go on a trip/vacation/walk they comewith me and refuse to walk. so they hitchhike via my hands

HA HA HAA, that’s hysterical! At least the apparent solution was the same for both potential problems! I read somewhere that quail walks backwards a lot when they’re constipated - lord knows whether it’s true, but maybe you can look out for it next time? I think making sure they get leafy greens like weeds and stuff helps prevent it too, for what its worth.

OMG, I can’t believe you’ve got road trip quails.... that’s so funny. My quails get stressed even when I move their open ground coop once every 3 or 4months!

tbh Im glad that we cant go far because the rona but, im also not glad because 1 there getting more and more bord seeing the same surroundings which means 2 they never leave me alone not even to go to the bathroom and 3 i kinda miss hiking in different places. They got so bored one day they decided to mince around the house making a racket and screeching where ever they go. (send help)

How do you deal with the poo everywhere of having housequails?

they have free roam of the house but they mostly stay outside during the day tearing up the grass. when there inside there either in a large pet carrier with food and water cups or in the bathroom because thats were the carrier is. hint: tiles are easy to clean

honestly i cant help myself
to let you get an idea of how spoiled they are:
1 they get what they want when they want
2 they have fairy lights in the carrier
3 they have there own tiny christmas tree
4 they eat better than most people for instance cactus fruit and dragon fruit
and 5 they go on road trips to different places like the snow in winter and they go trickortreating and we like to take them around the neighbor hood at christmas so they can see the lights
