Did the rabbit just have a litter? Then it could be a Calcium deficiancy. Crush up a tumms with some water to give her.

Is it like rolling when it trys to hop? Holding its head to the side? Rapid darting eye movement? Then its wry neck. Barbi Brown has a section on it on her website www.barbibrownsbunnies.com

I don't know if you'll be able to find a rabbit savvy vet with enough knowledge to treat wry neck.

When you gave her hay for the nest box, was ot from a bale or bag from a feed store?

symptoms you are discribing are indicative of milk weed poisoning.
    or night shade also.
check the hay and see if you find stems and leaves.

there is an issue if this is the problem , there is no anti toxin to fix the damage.
