So I have a gentle Bantam. Lately all he does is sleep. His face has gone pale, his comb hangs over and has like white, purple black bumps on it. His droppings are white/light green and are in a liquid form. He'll sometimes make a gargling/rattling noise when he breathes. And I think a few days ago he was throwing up some yellow substances. I also noticed his belly is like dark red. I noticed it could be mites so put a mites lotion over him. Other than that he still walks a bit and eats. Any ideas of what this could be?

I am sorry your little roo is sick. I know how distressing that can be. Often, chicken illness can be very difficult to identify. The rattling when breathing makes me think respiratory issues, but anything is possible really. Since you have nothing to lose and everything to gain, you might try giving him Tylan 50 (an antibiotic used for respiratory illnesses). I've only given it through injections (about 1/4 - 1/2 cc for a bantam I'd think), but have read that some have given the dosage orally. It's an injectable medication available at Tractor Supply and/or most farm stores. If injected, give the shot into the breast muscle for three days straight (alternate breast sides each day)... But keep in mind that it could be another issue. I lost a little rooster and had a necropsy done - found out he had things going on inside his organs that no medication would have cured. Just like people, sometimes organs fail... I hope your fella pulls out of whatever is ailing him.
