Sick rooster; poop photo included

Noticed him not acting like himself yesterday, he's 4 months old. Barely walking, not eating much but still eating.

Gave him electrolytes, probiotics.

Have him isolated now for more monitoring. Poop was green diarrhea.

Thoughts?

I'm not at all a pro, I would recommend absolutely waiting for someone with more reference/knowledge than I have (basically none). That said seeing it, it reminded me of the Clostridium perfringens example from the droppings thread over here https://chat.allotment-garden.org/index.php?topic=17568.0

It's possibly an ecoli infection. Give him one-quarter SMZ-TMP tablet twice a day for no more than 7 days. Hopefully it'll clear up.
Here's where you can purchase meds. Use a pill cutter to quarter the tablets.
