Sick Rooster

This am noticed that Rooster was not crowing like usual
He is acting like he's lethargic and will walk a few steps and then hunch over and hold his head down and not move...A few times he was looking like he was going to fall over does not look to have good balance. Not eating or drinking
This is our 1st flock of chickens so I have no experience at all
Any helpful advice would be much appreciated

Could be Cocci.
I suggest that you mix 2 tsp of corid yo one gal of water and give that to him as a sole source of water.

Until then give him a few drops of NutriDrench to get nutrients into him.

Check his vent for small black or white bugs as well.

Can you include a picture of him?

How old is he? Coccidiosis is certainly a possiblilty and treating won't hurt. I would also give him some orally in addition to the medicated water, dosing is here:

Any possibility that he got into something toxic or rotten that he could have eaten?

Hes about 22 weeks ...We just adopted him on Friday of last week ....I dont think he ate anything bad hes been eating all the same as my hens and they are all fine ....Hes acted completely normal since we got him and then this morning all the sudden

Since he's so young and new to your property that increases the likelyhood for coccidiosis.
I would start treatment as soon as possible, it can progress quickly, some strains are more virulent than others. Below is the treatment dosing chart, use the severe outbreak dosing, and absolutely give him the oral drench I linked to in the post above in addition to the treated water. You can use either the powder or liquid medication, whichever is available to you, it's usually available at most livestock supply stores, tractor supply, etc. in the livestock section.

EDITED - I would go ahead and treat all new birds that you have brought in, and if they have been mixed with an existing flock I'd just treat them all. Any new birds are susceptible to the strains that exist in your environment (coccidia are everywhere), and they may possibly have brought a new strain in with them that the original birds were not exposed to previously. Birds that are exposed to coccidia and recover build some resistance to the strains they are exposed to.

Update:
Husband just got home from work and mixed some of the electrolyte water and feed him some with a syringe ....Found White Mites or Lice on his Gizzard the red dangle thing... I dont know the technical word for it ....Just headed to feed store to get Poultry Dust

We put him back in the old dog kennel to quarantine him from the hens...

Should my hens get treatment with the poultry dust as well since they have been with him since Saturday and hes been in the coop with them ?

Okay. That may be your problem. Get some Permethrin dust and dust his vent every 7 days until you see no more bugs.
