I'm not sure if you have read all the advice given but I would reiterate to get some Corid and start treatment immediately. Lice usually flourish on a sick bird that is not taking care of itself and dust bathing preening etc. You need to treat the cause of that sickness as well as dust/spray to kill the mites. Coccidiosis can kill rapidly so it is important to start treatment asap. Corid is a pretty mild medicine but it treats a killer disease. Don't be shy about using it. You will find it in the cattle section of the feed store. If you have a choice, buy the liquid and give him a few drops directly into his beak as well as making the dilution of 2 teaspns to a gallon of water for his drinking water.
